SGP/EBBR/E25 - Data Incorrect

On 15 July 1998 the EBBR AEM was moved to a higher position.
The complexity of the task required that the AEM be disabled for
what amounted to two half hour average periods, during which the 
temperatures, relative humidities, vapor pressures, Bowen ratio,
and latent and sensible heat fluxes were all incorrect.
