SHB/SKYRAD/C1 - NIP Alignment

The solar alignment dot was nowhere near the ring. After 
alignment the dot was entirely within the white ring.	
During regular rounds a	few hours later, it was not 
sunny enough to tell.  When the solar alignment dot is 
outside the alignment ring the NIP will not be measuring
the direct solar irradiance.
