SGP/EBBR - EBBR E20 Thermocouple Data Incorrect

Left and right thermocouple air temperature data are incorrect during the
replacement of the right thermocouple.

Affected data are:

5 minute:  tair_bot, tair_top
15 minute: tai_r, tair_l
30 minute: tair_bot, tair_top, e, h, bowen

• bowen_ratio
• temp_air_top
• temp_air_bottom
• latent_heat_flux
• sensible_heat_flux

• temp_air_left
• temp_air_right

• temp_air_top
• temp_air_bottom
