Subject:	SGP/EBBR/E4 - E4 EBBR Battery Voltage Low

Description:	A blown fuse in the AEM stopped it at a position other than a home position. This created a condition where the battery drained more rapidly than normal, causing the voltage to drop below the acceptable voltage of 10.4 V at times. The 15 minute data shows battery voltage; all 5, 15, and 30 minute data for voltages less than 10.4 volts should be considered to be incorrect.
