SGP/EBBR/E15 - Temperatures Incorrect

Poor contact of the reference temperature probe leads to the J-panel or
multiplexer caused frequent offscale and incorrect values of the reference
temperature.  All other temperature measurements (air, soil, and humidity 
probe) depend on the reference temperature for a correction.  Therefore all
temperature measurements are frequently offscale and incorrect during the 
specified period.  The data clearly shows the offscale times.
