SGP/EBBR/E19 - Incorrect Tref, Tair Data, Bowen Ratio, latent and sensible heat fluxes

All Tref and Tair temperatures, plus bowen ratio, latent heat flux,
and sensible heat flux values are incorrect for this period.  This problem
was caused by mistakenly removing the Tref sensor.
