SGP/SONDE - RH probably biased low in several soundings

In the process of moving storage facilties, site operations uncovered some old radiosondes 
(vintage April 1998) that were used in several soundings starting on May 10 at 0530 and 
continuing at least through May 11 at 2040.
Because these sondes are so old and pre-date Vaisala's repackaging they are likely subject 
to the sensor contamination problem that results in a dry bias in RH.  The sondes in 
question have serial numbers 816XXXXXX.

Site ops has removed all remaining sondes in this batch from operations.  The 

soundings should be flagged.
