SGP/EBBR/E9 - Right Aspirator Not Working

The result of the right aspirator not working was a reduction in measured
temperature gradient and thus a reduction in estimated sensible heat flux
and an increase in latent heat flux.  The fluxes could be in error by as
much as 10%.  Reported right air and humidity probe temperatures, top and 
bottom air and humidity probe temperatures, right relative humidity, and 
top and bottom vapor pressure are affected.
