Description:	The R. M. Young anemometer lost a propellor vane and stopped. This problem was noted by Site Ops and repaired. The wind velocity data during the time the anemometer was broken were recorded as 0.007 m/s.
Suggestions:	The problem has been fixed. There is no way to recover the data. All the other data in the files should be OK.
