Subject:	NSA/MFRSR/C1 - Shadowband misalignment

Description:	The Barrow MFRSR shadowband did not operate properly following the spring installation (4-7-2002). The band was misaligned and multiple attempts to correct the alignment were unsuccessful. It was not possible to correct the problem because of persistent clouds. The problem continued throughout the entire MFRSR data collection season.
