SGP/EBBR/E12 - Reprocess: Soil Temperature #3 Incorrect

Soil Temperature #3 was flaky primarily during nighttime hours and sometimes during early 
daylight hours.  Average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux are 
also affected; these can be recalculated using the remaining good sets of soil sensors as 
follows:

The heat fluxes can be recalculated by using soil sets 1, 2, 4, and 5 as follows:
     ave_shf = (g1 + g2 + g4 + g5)/4
     e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + bowen)
     h = -(q + e + ave_shf)
