SGP/EBBR/E20 - Reprocess: Soil Temperature #2 Incorrect

Soil Temperature #2 was incorrect, apparently
from am loose wire after replacement of the EBBR unit.
The indicated measurements that are calculated using 
soil temperature are also incorrect.
