SGP/EBBR/E20 - AEM Hung between Home Positions

When the AEM (Automatic Exchange Mechanism) is hung 
inbetween home positions, the gradients of temperature and 
relative humidity, and thus sensible and latent heat fluxes, 
are incorrect.

There is no work-around to this problem.
