SGP/EBBR/E2 - Water in Net Radiometer, Surface Fluxes Incorrect

Water got inside the bird-pecked hole in the net radiometer during a rain.

The net radiation and therefore latent and sensible heat fluxes are incorrect.

There is no work around, as the surface fluxes are dependent on the accuracy of the 

net radiation measurement.
