Subject:	NSA/NIMFR/C1 - Alignment problem

Description:	NIMFR at the Barrow Site was not pointing directly at the sun because the solar tracker was not aligned correctly. As a consequence, the measured irradiances are too low. Once the alignment problem was fixed at 6/3/2004 1925 GMT, the problem was apparently solved. The NIP might similarly be affected.
