SGP/EBBR/E18 - Soil Temperature #2 Incorrect

Soil Temperature #2 was incorrect during the indicated period.  Average soil heat flow, 
sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux are incorrect, as a result.

Use the other 4 Soil Temperatures.  There is no workaround for producing correct 

sensible and latent heat fluxes.
