Description:	The sensitivity of the Raman Lidar degraded significantly beginning in late 2001. Between May and September 2004, the electronics were upgraded and the telescope was refurbished resulting in sensitivity better than when the instrument system was first installed. A detailed technical report describing the effects of the signal degradation and the steps taken to correct the problem is being written.
