| Description: | When the CIMEL instrument was moved to the deck of Great White, to accommodate the mechanical construction of the User Facility, noise spikes began to be seen on the GVR beginning Sept 7, 2005. The noise spikes occur at 18 minutes past the hour when the CIMEL transmits to the GOES satellite. Presumably the spikes continued until the CIMEL was removed on 10-3-05 at 0 GMT (according to the NSA CM report). |
