SGP/SIRS/E16 - Loose connections

The down_short_hemisp (PSP), up_long_hemisp (PIR) and down_long_hemisp_shaded (PIR) start 
dropping out 12/18 and eventually go missing at 19:05 GMT on 1/03/08.  Problem is diurnal 
but inconsistent. PM found a loose power cable on the mux and repaired on 1/16 1745. 

Missing data are not recoverable. However, during the initial period of infrequent missing 
data from 12/18 to 1/3/08 the user can potentially rely on DQ flags to exclude poor data 
instead of the entire data set.
