| Description: | On Jan 13th approximately 1400GMT the UPS failed at E4. This affected both the global and tracker mounted instruments. The affected measurements are down_short_hemisp(PSP), down_short_diffuse(8-48) and direct_normal(NIP) measurements. The PSP down_short_hemisp measurement doesn't rely on the tracker but is power ventilated and is adversely affected by daytime solar heating when the ventilator power fails.
