SGP/RADFLUXANAL/E19 - Reprocess: Incorrect set of SIRS coefficients

Sometime on 10/13/2007 the SIRS data logger reverted to the old program used for the  
previous set of coefficients (i.e. Before the scheduled 09/13 shortwave instrument swap out). 
Differences in coefficients were such that the program change didn't result in easily 
discernible changes in the data. The long wave instruments were not affected. The SIRS data 
were reprocessed to apply the correct calibration coefficients for all shortwave 
measurements but the RADFLUX data have not been reprocessed.
