SGP/SWATS/E24 - Sensor failure

The readings from the 125-cm depth on the east profile began reporting missing values for 
all variables (tsoil_E, trise_E, soilwatpot_E, watcont_E) after maintenance corrected 
soil moisture data problems on May 13, 2004 at 1900 GMT. All data from this sensor are 
missing from this point on.

Data from the affected sensor on the east profile at the 125-cm depth cannot be used. 

Use data from the west profile (tsoil_W, trise_W, soilwatpot_W, watcont_W).
