| Description: | Since the instrument was returned after a power supply failure the 23.8-GHz channel is
constantly 3 K higher than the other co-located radiometer (C1). Since the instrument was
just returned after extensive refurbishing at the manufacturer the cause of the bias is not
clear. |
| Suggestions: | The bias in the measurements causes a positive bias in the PWV of ~ 2.5 mm. This bias
should be kept into consideration when using these data. |
