Description:
Site suffered a shading problem affecting data between 1900 and sunset.  Initially the 
problem is extremely subtle, and for all practical purposes can probably be ignored.  On 
20100130, however, it becomes much more pronounced.  At that point the mentor suggest 
avoiding data from 1900 UTC until sunset each day until the end of the DQR.
