Description:
On 20100128 or early on 20100129 snow or ice caused the band to slip on the motor shaft.  
This resulted in the band not shading at all.  A site visit on 2/17 appeared to resolve 
the problem, but the box was left open and water damaged the system.  On 2/24 the logger 
was replaced and the shadowband aligned.  Data are fine after 1900 UTC.
