NSA/MWRP/C1 - Calibration drift

The radiometer showed increased drift in the K-band calibration. Several attempts to 
correct for the drift did not return the expected result.  

Instrument was removed from service 20110201 and returned to vendor for repair.

Data are erratic; data use during the indicated time is not recommended.
