Description:
Beginning on 20120706 there is a minor shading issue between 1235 UTC and 1530 UTC.  This 
continues until 20120727 @1345 UTC when maintenance attempted to resolve the problem.  
Unfortunately the effort shifted the shading problem to the afternoon.  From about 1600 UTC 
until sunset each day the data are affected.  A return visit happened quickly, and on 
20120730 the issue was resolved for good.
