| Description: | The signal cable was replaced as a preventative measure due to observed corrosion on
20120124. That coincided (was not related) to a loss of communication. When comms were
restored, it was discovered the head temperature was not being read. It was confirmed with
another thermistor that the head temp was being maintained properly, so there is no adverse
impact on the data. Ultimately it was discovered the signal cable that was put in as a
preventative measure did not have the head temp wire connected at the data logger. A
trivial problem that had us scratching heads for months. |
