SGP/SIRS/E33 - Reprocessed: Incorrect LW calibration

During the time range specified the UIR and DIR serial numbers were correct but incorrect 
calibration coefficients were applied in the datalogger.  

up_long_hemisp (SN# 30058F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.2679 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2740 W/(m^2*uV)

down_long_hemisp (SN# 30085F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.2376 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2451 W/(m^2*uV)

Data reprocessing completed 20121217.
