Subject:	TWP/CSPHOT/C1 - Obstruction in collimator tubes

Description:	During this time period, there were obstructions in the collimator tubes, causing "InGaAs/Silicon Discrepancy" errors . A wasp nest was found. The blockages caused discrepancies in the data between the 1640 and the other channels.
Suggestions:	Use the quality assured level 2.0 AOT data from AERONET when available (twpcsphotaotfiltqaC1.a1). Level 2.0 data and post-calibration level 1.5 data should become available in 2013. Can also use MFRSR data if available.
