Description: | There are fluctuations and drop outs in the head temperature. We believed it was related
to the heater controller board, but in the end the problem was with the signal cable.
The entire duration of this problem is from 20120806 - 20130726. As the severity of the
problem fluctuated, it is being broken down into four DQRs.
