DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 

This was an end-to-end reprocessing task to correct couple of problems:

1. The purpose of end-to-end reprocessing of MFRSR data was to better deal with nighttime 
offset information by improving the ingest code logic. A new ingest software was released 
and the data were reprocessed for nighttime offset correction.
2. There were multiple DOD's for the MFRSR datastream so the data were reprocessed to 
produce MFRSR and the downstream VAP data with a consistent DOD.
3. A new version of AOD VAP was released to correct the units for Io_filter(). The data 
were reprocessed to change the units from W/(m^2 nm) to count.

The data were archived in August 2016. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in 
your analysis.
