ENA/HTDMA/C1 - Incorrect RH and air flow

The HT-DMA internal RH sensor was sending out data in a format that was not correctly 
interpreted by the instrument software. This led the software to assume an incorrect RH 
reading and set the humid and dry air flows at incorrect values, affecting RH and other 
internal flows.

No valid measurements. Do not use the data for this period.
