Description:
Power supply problems within the spectrometer box caused a variety of problems including 
intermittent spectrometer operation and improper shutter operation.  The failure of the 
shutter to operate properly yields all spectra as bad irrespective of whether spectra were 
reported.
Suggestions: 
It may be possible to manually subtract a baseline value representative of dark 

counts to retrieve data from this time period but users are left to their own devices to do 
so and should treat these spectra with caution or avoid use altogether.
