SGP/STAMP/E15 - 5 cm West Probe Buried Too Shallow

The 5 cm west probe was buried too shallow and thus the soil temperature was too large and 
soil water content was too low (below 0% at times).

Use the east and south 5 cm soil temperature and soil water content.

It should be

oted that the west soil column in general has been drier than the other two soil columns, contributing to the problem.
