ENA/OZONE/C1 - missing data and extra calibrations

The 49i ozone instrument in ENA has difficulty with maintaining the data connection and 
the data stream while receiving the commands to do zeros and calibrations and has had gaps 
in the data that interfere with data processing.  During the time range a new version of 
the software that should be better at recovering from the errors was being tested.  There 
is a 2 hour gap in the data and a section of time with zeros and cals every 20 minutes.
