Description:	The MFR10 sensor was temporarily installed during the period covered by this DQR. During that time channel 615 did not function correctly. It looks like a bad or incorrect cosine file was used. It's possible this could be corrected with additional effort, but that effort may not be worthwhile. Since the test period is short it is not possible to determine a Langley cal.
