NSA/MFR10m/C2 - Head heater failed

When the Atqasuk MFR10m was reinstalled Mar 29 2002,
the head heater failed to operate and the head
temperature followed ambient

April 20 2002, the problem was corrected and the head
temperature is now operating in the normal range
