SGP/EBBR/E12 - Resistance Measurements Incorrect

All sensors that depend on resistance measurements are incorrect.
Average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux are incorrect as a 
result.

This condition normally occurs when the reference temperature sensor is disconnected or 
bad.
