SGP/EBBR/E18 - Reference Temperature Incorrect

The reference temperature was incorrect during the checks of the left air temperature 
sensor, leading to all gradient measurements, Bowen ratio, sensible heat flux, latent heat 
flux, soil temperature, and soil moisture measurements being incorrect.
