Description:	Format Changes: To comply with archive standards, the name of the unlimited dimention variable in the cdf level b1 files was changed from 'record' to 'time'. This does not affect data quality.
Suggestions:	If the processing code was written to ask for the name of 'unlimited' dimention, no changes need to be done. However, if user hardcoded 'record' as name of unlimited dimention it will need to be changed to 'time'. Our guess is that this should not be of major concern to most users.
