Description:
The heater that keeps the head temperature stable was not functioning.  Even with a 
functioning heater a slight temperature dependency is seen in MFRSRs.  Based on this the mentor 
suspects the data collected while the heater was not functioning are likely adversely 
affected.  

Examine data before and after heater failure and possibly even data from the prior year.  
It is possible data will fall within an acceptable uncertainty range.
