| Description: | The blackbody support structure temperature sensor on the NSA.C1 AERI were biased high by approximately 25K beginning 20071217 and became progressively worse until the sensor was replaced 20080213. The temperature from this sensor is used to calibrate the radiance data for the AERI. The AERI data have been reprocessed by replacing the data from the failed sensor with the cold blackbody temperature sensor data and producing corrected/recalibrated radiance data. The reprocessed data were archived in March 2008. |
