Description:
A refurbished system with a new logger was installed on 20100114.  This was our first 
install in the southern hemisphere.  We had an unknown software bug, and initially the 
instrument was set up 180 deg off in an effort to get it to shade properly. This didn't work, 
and I suspect is related to the weird neg dir normal values that started this DQPR. A 
software fix was made, and the instrument was set up correctly on March 11. From that point 
forward, data look OK.
Suggestions: 
Much of the data might be usable, but there will be issues.  A person familiar with 

MFRSR data should be able to identify good periods.  But consultation with the mentor is 
advised if attempting to use data covered by this DQR.
