Description:
The linear heater board failed.  It took a bit longer than usual to repair this 
instrument.  We suspect the heater boards fail due to excessive heat, so we wanted to put a cooling 
solution in place at the time of the heater board replacement.  This was accomplished on 
20100827 @ 0300 UTC.  Avoid using data covered by this DQR.
