Description:
Over the period covered by this DQR, there were numerous instances of the instrument 
losing all signals.  Various attempts to resolve this were tried.  The end result seems to 
have been a problem with the heater controller board, as well as a replacement that was 
tried.  A valiant attempt has been made to identify only those periods that are problematic.  
Do not use data covered by this DQR.
