Description:
A shading issue is first noticeable on 20120401 generally between 1900 UTC and 0230 UTC 
(crosses into the next day).  The last time the shading issue can be seen is 20120415 @ 
0230 UTC.  It was resolved on a subsequent day, but we don't have the exact time in the 
records.  Data outside the affected hours are OK to use.
