SGP/MFRSR/E38 - Shading issue, shadowband slipping

Description:
A problem with the motor occurred or the shadowband was slipping on the shaft.  It doesn't 
look like a typical shading problem.  Not every day covered by this DQR is impacted, but 
there are enough that it was not practical to break out each day with an issue.  In 
general, the problem is from sunrise to ~1800 UTC, though that can vary.
Suggestions: 
If interested in these data, look for shading issues in the morning and block out 

those periods.  Ask the mentor for guidance.
