Description:
There is a very slight shading issue after the instrument was installed 2/20 after the 
90-day calibration.  Affected hours are 15:30 UTC to 1830 UTC.  Maintenance on 3/14 made the 
problem worse, affecting from 1800 to sunset (documented in D130530.4).  Maintenance on 
3/26 resolved the problem.  

Before the 3/14 attempt, the problem was very slight.  The data specified may in fact be 
usable.
Suggestions: 
Use data with caution or substitute SGP.C1 MFRSR or NIMFR data
