SGP/SIRS/E34 - Reprocessed: Incorrect LW calibration coefficients

During the time range specified the UIR and DIR serial numbers were correct but incorrect 
calibration coefficients were applied in the datalogger.
  
up_long_hemisp (SN# 30009F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.30648 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.32051 W/(m^2*uV)

down_long_hemisp (SN# 30011F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.26565 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.27855 W/(m^2*uV)

Data were reprocessed in February 2014.
